GemLife Resorts is a joint venture in over 50's luxury living between TCAP and members of the Puljich family. The family has a 40-year track record of developing, owning and running multi award-winning over 50's living communities in South East Queensland under the Living Gems brand.

The joint venture company is developing master planned luxury resort-style communities for the over 50's in Australia at affordable prices. The company aims to deliver their over 50's clients a unique product that is becoming increasingly attractive to property savvy baby boomers.

 

GemLife is a vertically integrated business with all operations, including construction, estimating, design, marketing, sales, and administration, performed in-house by the GemLife team.
