TCAP originates, negotiates and packages transactions for TCL as the cornerstone investor, primarily in real estate as well as other selected asset classes. TCAP supplements the capital invested by TCL from other capital partners as required.
TCAP seeks investment opportunities in well-located residential and commercial developments, mainly in the CBD and the established suburbs of the capital cities on the Eastern Seaboard in Australia which have easy access to key transport and community infrastructure. In addition, TCAP seeks opportunities in those regional centres of Australia which are growing strongly due to the resources and energy activity in the country. Typical investment projects are underpinned by pre-sales or long-term leases and provide positive cash returns.
Since starting its operations in 2011, TCAP has closed investment deals with a total capital commitment exceeding A$200 million with end project value exceeding A$1.5 billion.
TCAP has offices in Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney and also leverages the broader worldwide network of TCL.
A wholly owned subsidiary of TCAP in Australia, TCAP Investments Limited, holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No.305740). The licence is issued and monitored by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, including annual compliance reporting and procedures.
